The best way to make Act an effective tool is to completely forget about the software. Think about what you need to do to be successful and use Act to help you get there.

Act used to be a standalone piece of software that you bought once and owned it until you decided to upgrade. Today, it is designed to work on your computer, via a web browser and on your smartphone and tablets. Act truly is everywhere. The owners and makers of Act software are adapting the software to the way we work and live. Long time Act users have seen growing pains. Many are slow to adapt to this concept of paying for Act as a subscription. May I be blunt? If you are not using Act in a manner in which the profits that it creates for you far exceeds its cost, then you are not using it to its full potential and I know you will benefit from my training.
