Act is great tool for business owners and salespeople. Act can be used as a simple Rolodex. A place for names, addresses, numbers, email addresses and more. You can also use Act to track and communicate with thousands of contacts. It can be simple or sophisticated. You can use Act to track and manage sales staff, marketing campaigns and customer service follow-up.
The Reality is this: Act is just a tool. It’s all what you make of it. There is no right way or wrong way to use Act.
This course is designed to help beginners and experienced Act users successfully navigate Act, and to understand the Act screen when they open Act. I will make suggestions and ask questions of you about the way you use Act. I will assume that it is key to make sure vital contacts in Act are never forgotten about and left behind.
